Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless father Henry. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. I came to America with my parents and brother at the age of 1 1/2 years old. old I would not be living my life and sharing it to you, if not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I strived to be their proudest and had a clear vision in the direction of the success. I believed my life would be the same way as I graduated from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. The lifestyle I had planned for me did not turn into. The year was 2013, and I discovered that I didn't like going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. While I moved to a new path in life I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping those around me. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian females. In the coaching industry I'm determined to be a positive influence by providing quality training to help others become healthier and happier. I am also committed to empowering others so they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the greatest loss to me. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. In so many ways, my mom's death changed me. I truly believe she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I was given a second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I can truly say that I live now rather than just existing like I was before. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with you. My hope is that my words can help you realize that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the ability to achieve everything you desire. My hope is that you experience life at its best and have no regrets in the final hours of your life. Death is our only assurance in this our lives.
